At ANH TRADERS LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following terms.

1. How to Request a Return

  • To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via:

  • Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must remain intact.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

4. Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • ANH TRADERS LTD is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
